Anne Gröger

Born 1983 in Hildburghausen and raised in Dresden. After graduating from high school, Anne Gröger went to Kiev, Ukraine, for a year and worked there in the street children’s centre ASPERN. Already during her studies in Trier (media studies, business administration, politics) she worked on various short film projects and completed internships in the film and journalism sector. 2008 – 2010 she studied screenwriting at the Hamburg Media School, where she wrote her first feature film screenplay STÜHLE RÜCKEN.

Anne Gröger developed TV series in the Writer’s Room for Action Concept, worked as a freelance editor for Warner Bros. Entertainment and wrote for the ZDF children’s format “Löwenzähnchen”. Since 2015 she has worked as a storyliner and author for Constantin Entertainment, UFA Serial Drama and Studio TV, among others. As a scholarship holder of the Academy for Children’s Media she developed KEINE ANGST VORM KLEINEN TOD.

Anne Gröger lives with her family in Berlin.
